Onna is a platform that allows companies of all sizes to process information from the applications they use. It is therefore a multi-channel search platform that facilitates e-discovery.

Onna integrates popular applications to analyze data

The application uses machine learning to help users detect important information. It connects all the data sources of the companies, and then manages and stores them on the same platform. 

Then it is possible to create classification systems on the platform to identify certain types of files within the company's data (e.g. to search for a contract for example).

Then users can create workspaces and invite collaborators (within or outside the company) to work and share documents.

Finally, it is possible to archive information and data from several platforms on the same interface.
