All Information In One Place
This was the first time that I used software from this type of systems and it made it simpler for me in a lot of activities and tasks at my work. This system eases the settlement and collection of personnel databases in a single place in a well-organized way. All information can be simply synchronized with Microsoft Outlook, iCal, or Google Calendar. Workers can submit their holidays for review, rather than trying to do it all. Reasons for Choosing kiwiHR: It is simple to use the system in addition to its cheaper price compared to other software options.

Perfect solution for my Company's needs!
I found KiwiHR after looking for small to medium-sized scale HR systems. I work for a start-up with 15 workers and my main demands were time off tracking, and unifying employee files. The options on the market were a full-scale system (with prices to match), and mandatory training (again, with a robust mandatory price tag). When I found KiwiHR it was precisely what I was searching for! I could pay monthly for the subscription, it's EASY for me and the team to use, they have useful guidelines to set up the account on our own, I can log/track my workers Leave, customize policies & specific types of leave, and finally stop managing many spreadsheets. Not to mention it has been a gift for keeping track especially with Home Office times in 2020 and 2021. I could even designate different Managers to allow specific Team leaves requests. It really rationalized our HR admin! The automatic rollover of Leave between the calendar years results in spending less time answering questions such as "Are you sure I only have x days of time off?" We have a statement: KiwiHR Leave balances don't lie! Our team loves it as well, we have had only great feedback from their experience whilre using it. If I have any queries about the system I can ask to the always available KiwiHR team. The only updates I would suggest are: I would really enjoy a combined Yearly report on all Leave types, for Tax time. An integration with Slack would be great too, but not essential. I am so content to have found KiwiHR for my HR software company, and would surely recommend it to others.

Switched to kiwi after trying many other options of apps. The team found it simple, migrated our data and information effortlessly. Easy setup Flexible holidays and illness leaves policy Team calendar Always available and responsive support Nice to have a full-cycle recruitment kit there. Nice to have billing for the team instead of per user. Eg. 1-5 // 6 - 15 // 20... Nice to have customizable reports, cause the majority of the reports are not used by us, nonetheless there are some that we'd appreciate to have. Reasons for Choosing kiwiHR: Simple setup. Good UX/UI, pricing. Reasons for Switching to kiwiHR: AIRhr team stopped supporting their product.

Versatile and easy-to-use HR Software
With kiwiHR you can simply set up and manage your HR, from personnel profiles to their schedules at work and attendance. The task and checklist features streamline many operations. And kiwiHR offers one of the best customer support services I have contacted with until now. There is nothing I don´t appreciate about the system yet. Even without some features, they can be requested and will be taken into discussion and consideration.

Looks good with some room for improvement
Extremely nice, it fixed the issue of holiday management and time tracking we had split into Harvest and Leevebot, and always caused disorientation and problems. Time tracking and calendar feeds with combined holiday management. Calendar feeds for birthdays would be cool (or maybe I overpass that). The personnel data share is good, but to substitute our dropbox we demand the opportunity to upload many files at once, and some files are only visible to the employer. The inventory is very nice, but there could be one column for the category which could be filtered to have an overview. It would be also good to have a separate field for when a key has been given to a worker or better an out and in date for inventory so keys can be inventory. Also an import for harvest time tracking would have been interesting. Reasons for Switching to kiwiHR: The time tracking was independent from our holiday management solution. Also, there was no overtime management.

kiwiHR for small businesses
We started to use it primarily for holiday planning Very intuitive and simple to use. The set of features matches our necessities as a small firm. The pricing model fits us nicely too. Some features are missing, but they are not mature problems. We still appreciate the tool for its simplicity. Reasons for Choosing kiwiHR: Because of its pricing and it seemed to match our needs. Additionally, because it is a german software tool and we are a German company as well.

Great, easy to use software
It's extremely intuitive to utilzie and largely customizable. The price part is also very compelling. It's customizable to a certain level. For some special personnel structures (working students, mini-jobs) was required workarounds by us. Would be great if this gets developed with time. Reasons for Switching to kiwiHR: Mainly intuitiveness and simplicity to use.

Super easy to utilize and very intuitive with an awesome user interface. kiwiHR is a young organization and the system didn't cover all features we demanded at the beginning.

Growing Platform for a Growing Business
Being able to have an aerial perspective view of who is out of office is extremely useful and n amazing way to keep track of the team. Also workers can submit their own time off requests for review, instead of one person trying to manage it all. The new weekly overview/update emails are very good too. Appreciate a lot how the tool is continually developing with time. There is no option for workers to submit time off for "unpaid leave", which means you cannot track that they are out of office. There is no area to handle notifications from the kiwiHR tool. So at times, notifications from email don't show up when time off submissions are entered.

Really great. We have also discussed with kiwiHR about new features and they are improving a lot of new features constantly. The game changer is that they listen and attend us well. It is very easy to use. I had been looking at systems for some time and it only required me about 10 min to learn all of it.
