TimeChimp is a cloud-based time tracking tool with additional integrated features for managing projects, budgets, and invoices. 

Users can choose from different time tracking systems. Whether with a digital time clock, timer, or automatic time tracking in the TimeChimp Tracker — all timesheets can be linked to hourly rates, projects and customers, allowing services to be clearly displayed and invoiced via the finance module. In addition to working hours, business trips and other expenses can also be tracked and invoiced per project and client. All tracking features are also available in the mobile app

In addition to handy dashboards with budget overviews and timelines, TimeChimp's project module also has features for team collaboration and beyond. Tracked hours, expenses, or mileages can be submitted to the project or team manager for approval. Alternatively, approval by an external business partner or customer is also possible. All project progress and invoices can also be clearly shared with the customer in the customer portal.

To fully live up to the motto “Easy does it.” TimeChimp also has a wide range of third-party integrations and an open API interface. For example, invoices can be synchronised with the accounting program and all recorded data can be exported to PDF or Excel in no time at all. This ensures a smart workflow from time tracking to invoicing and accounting.
