Quintessence is supplied, via industrial connectors from all sources that record personal data, throughout the customer journey (eCommerce, web browsing, after-sales service, loyalty card, reservation and subscription systems, etc.).
Used for data import, these connectors also provide export solutions to exploit data and customize customer relations, conduct studies, etc. (Uptilab, Reeport, NukeSuite, Splio, Mapp, Cabestan, Adobe Campaign, Selligent, Krux,...)

Unique on the market, Data Quality algorithms systematically process and validate all data before their historization and use. This is the guarantee of an accurate and consistent database to enable relevant predictive segments and models. Once the data has been cleaned and, for some, corrected, the steps of deduplication and creation of a "master record" give access to a 360° view of each profile.
